Driving early in the morning to visit two ancient temples back to Greek & Roman Era ( Horus temple in Edfu ) then ( Sobek Temple in Kom Ombo ) , both of the temples have different style in their buildings according to the new Era that Egypt passed .
Edfu temple is dedicated to The God Horus , in 1860 the sand that covered the Temple was revealed by Auguste Mariette , the Timple was rebuilt in The Greek Period by Egyptian workers , the massive Temple is very well decorated with many stories such as the famous Legend of the conflict between Horus and his Uncle God Seth
Kom Ombo Temple which dedicated to The God Sobek was built in the Greek period then decorated and colored in the Roman period which has different types of constructions between wells and tunnels , then you will visit the Crocodiles Museum where the Crocodiles Mummies are displayed .
Pick up from luxor airport requires extra fees
